Hair MUST be washed, blow dried, and free of ANY product. These locs differ from Butterfly Locs. Soft Locs are accomplished by using pre-made crochet locs. You will need 4 packs of Bobbi Boss Nu Locs in 36in & 4 packs of Lulutress Water Wave in 22in (Freetress or Kima can be used).
